Solid Five! I am on the GW, and during the period of acute hair loss, I started to take 1 unit every 2 days, concerned about allergies and unwanted reactions for myself and my baby. The dosages are a bit confusing. The vitamins worked perfectly! My hair stopped falling out after about a month, and my nails have never been this strong! I recommend them!

SUPER! These vitamins are effective! After childbirth, hair loss and brittle nails stopped. Just a tip: don’t keep the pill in your mouth for too long; it can induce a gag reflex due to its fishy taste.

I purchased these excellent multivitamins after reading various reviews, and I can confirm there is a noticeable effect. It’s convenient that they come in a one-tablet dosage, though I prefer splitting it in half to take one in the morning and another in the evening for better efficacy. Initially, I experienced terrible hair loss during pregnancy, but once I began taking this supplement, my hair stopped falling out completely.

Saved from hair loss
Sing ODE to these vitamins! They saved me from hair loss after my baby was born. Every shampoo was stressful, but after a few weeks, the hair loss stopped, and new hair started growing. I am completely satisfied!

Saved My Hair! Who would have thought vitamins could prevent hair loss? After my pregnancy, my hair started falling out in large amounts. Following four months of taking these vitamins, I can confidently recommend them to nursing mothers! My hair has definitely thickened, and my teeth are problem-free.

I recommend these vitamins; I'm very pleased. I started taking them right after giving birth. They have a good composition and are excreted through urine (which may reassure those worried about taking vitamins during pregnancy and breastfeeding). Along with omega supplements, I managed to stop hair loss, and my hair has become thicker with improved quality (my hair care routine has remained unchanged since pregnancy). I intend to continue taking these until the end of breastfeeding, then I'll switch to another product from the same brand. Wishing everyone health and happy shopping!
